We had guest to our home late yesterday. So I ordered family kabuli palaw from Salam afghan food. it was fresh, warm, and so tender. My guests loved it.
First time trying Kabuli Palaw, Tender and delicious. The side salad was a bit less, otherwise so good!

I was skeptical initially but if was so succulent and delicious. The rice was flavourful. I wish to know what they use in their rice that makes it great
The meat was really succulent. Juce flavourful rice too. We were happy with quantity, although just a bit more would have been preferred.
